建坪12坪の住宅である。 狭さを感じさせぬよう中央に大きなPatioを配置し、間仕切りを無くすことで行き止まりの無い回遊空間を構成した。 またいたるところにキャットステップが存在するため、たくさんの猫たちにとっても快適な空間となっているそう。
